Create a course with a single section.
When clicking on the section thumbnail, left/right navigation arrows are available, which does not really make sense.

When clicking on them, the frame becomes blank and the interface crashes: it is not possible to close the frame, nor to come back to the section.

The arrows should be hidden when there is only one visible section.
