Our accessibility block stopped working in Moodle 2.6.4 after upgrading it to 2014072501.

The buttons are not colored anymore and also do not have any functionality. See attached screenshot.

This issue happens to all users. We cleaned moodle cache, server cache & browser caches.

Update 25/Aug/14: The block is working again after we manually changed the settings (background colors etc) back to how they were. Thus, the upgrade erases the settings.
