No ability to scroll horizontally in QuickMail Compose New Email window when viewing users, so unable to see necessary information

      Adding a horizontal scroll bar to the "Potential Recipients" section of Compose New Email view of QuickMail would enable longer section names to be viewed without being cut-off.
