Some ungraded assingments will not be shown in the block grade_me.

It figured out, that if the assignment have not the defaultscale - that one with 1-100 - the assignment will not appear in the block. So it can not be graded from there.

We use different grading-scales, so all others will not appear.

With version for 1.9 all ungrades assignments are shown - indepented from the scale used.
