rtmp filter doesn't work with Moodle 2.3

      Turn off filter caching (Administration -> Plugins -> Filters -> Common Filter Settings -> Text cache lifetime = No), or apply attached patch.

      When using the rtmp filter with Moodle 2.3, and filters are configured to cache output, it will fail to load the Flowplayer.

      The YUI loader in 2.3 does not have the paths configured until script at the bottom of the page is run. Any attempts to load modules beforehand (emitted as part of the filter output) fails.
