applied the git snapshot moodle-r2-410a5e8a099da98a8d1316f0101ec23a584f581e.tar.gz

Now the xdelta binary cannot be found. The path entered into admin > incremental backup > xdelta path is \..\xdelta\xdelta3.exe this has worked fine previously. It's possible the relative path is causing the issue but this was previously fixed.

When running update on a course the error 'XDELTA not installed - incrementals cannot run' appears

xdelta is still in the same path it's always been
