Can't access to moodle

      Hello,
      I installed Moodle for windows standalone everything went well but after I click on start moddle when I type http://127.0.0.1 it says "This webpage has a redirect loop", checked in with Firefox, IE,Chrom but couldn't enter to site.
      Check all qs and documantations but didn't find anything. If it's possible pls tell me what to do.
