      I have added some information for public questionnaires in the Activities block for Questionnaires.
      I will shortly add relevant notes to the documentation wiki for this new feature.
      Since the changes do not affect the database and can be easily reverted or fixed if they contain any bug, I have committed my changes to the remotelearner github (version 2.6 only).
