When I setup a Scheduler and go to "Add Slots", it divides the time period into slots regardless of what I set "Divide into slots?" to.

1. Create a scheduler
2. Click "Add Slots"
3. Set any start date and end date and set the end time to be one hour later than the start time.
4. Set "Divide into slots?" to no and leave the duration at the default 15 minutes.
5. Save changes.

I'd expect one hour slots on all the expected days, but I get 15 minute slots for the entire hour.
