In a course, enroll approximately 10 students. Go to Administration > Grades > Report Settings > Grader report. Make sure "Static students column" is checked. Go to the Grader Report.

Note how rows for the static student column on the left are slightly shorter than grade rows. This causes rows farther down to become completely misaligned.
