If you create a Questionnaire with a question that contains an image and then you use that Questionnaire as "copy", the image will not carry over and become a broken link.

Testing instructions

1. Add questionnaire.
2. Create question type "Essay Box" and insert image using the "Insert/edit image" icon in the HTML editor.
3. Create new questionnaire. In the section called "Content options" choose the questionnaire created previously in the "Copy existing" option.
4. Preview the questions for the newly created questionnaire and verify that the image in the "Essay Box" question displays.
