Can not read file, either file does not exist or there are permission problems

      I upload moodle 2.5 from my local (wamp)to live server. Now I start getting below error on Theme>Essential>General Setting:
      "Can not read file, either file does not exist or there are permission problems"
      Please please please help me in this issue. I searched a lot but didnt got any solution
