there's a few discussions around about the admin nav being difficult to find the 'request a course' or 'create a course' button for users. As a result we've explicitly added a link to /course/request.php to our custommenu - which is silly.

It'd be cool if the 'my courses' menu area had this link automagically added to it in this theme.
