Many common editing functions with standard Moodle quizzes do not work.

Based on past experience in other themes, during quiz editing expected:

1)Proper interline spacing of text in the html editing boxes.
2)Ability to grab and expand html editing boxes by lower right corner.
3)Able to access navigation options in drop down boxes within question.

I have applied the "final proof" to verify that what I am seeing may be related to the theme: I applied the "Standard" theme and found that the issues just stated did not occur. A explanatory screen is posted in themes
