Journal Report (for marking) has a submit button at the bottom. In large classes with self-paced students (i.e. continous submitting of journals and continuous marking) , it is tedious to have to scroll all the way down to save marking for just one or two items at the very top

here is a two line diff that solves the problem by putting the save button at the top
