When leaving feedback for users who are completing journals, the image for my admin ID reverts to the yellow smiley. However, I have a perfectly good photo (well apart from the subject matter) loaded.

Photo shows against journal entry. Yellow smiley man against tutor entering feedback. Same user during same session.

URL link when hovered over pictures shows same http://planning4profit.com/courses/user/view.php?id=1&course=2

viewing the generated html code I see that proper image is sourced

src=http://planning4profit.com/courses/user/pix.php/1/f2.jpg

whereas the smiley is

src=http://planning4profit.com/courses/pix/u/f2.png

Clicking on the smiley takes me to my profiles which shows the correct image
