Add feedback button to top of page listing journals

      The save all my feedback button is on the top and bottom of the page that lists all the assignments to be marked but is not on the top of the similar page that lists all the journal submissions. Could this please be added to save scrolling all the way down to the bottom as these can become rather long pages?
