Turnitin Direct activity quick title edit doesn't update name in gradebook

      The fix from MDL-34791 should be added to the Turnitin Direct activity.

      When you use the quick name editing feature (AJAX course front page tool) to rename an Turnitin Direct activity, the name change is not reflected in the gradebook. You have to go into the activity and resave.
