When a student resubmits an assessment for marking, it does not appear in the marking block.

Their first attempt appears fine in the marking block. We grade it, and revert to draft if they are required to resubmit for any reason. When the student has resubmitted it for marking a second time, the marking block does not add it to the list of assessments to mark.
