The file modules/quiz/block_ajax_marking_quiz.class.php explicitly uses the prefix "mdl_" for addressing some tables in the FROM and INNER JOIN statements. For installations that do not use the default prefix (or none at all), this will result in a DB error when accessing an ungrade quiz
