After just upgrading my Moodle install up to 2.3.3 I upgraded my assignments using the built in Assignment Upgrade Helper and after upgrading assignments that had already been marked prior are now showing up to be marked again. The Assignments weren't appearing prior to the upgrade.

I have only been able to remove them from the list by updating the grade screen or locking the assignments in question. I am using the version of AJAX marking block for version 2.3.3 of Moodle.

Deleting and Reinstalling the block doesn't help and deleting and upgrading the assignment and then reinstalling the block also doesn't make a difference.
