User profile has Screen Reader turned ON in profile.
When course has Rocket theme and 'Collapsed Topics' set, the formatting goes awry (blocks do not appear down the sides as they should).

Both of the following 'fix' the issue:

• The course appears correctly with Rocket theme and a setting other than 'Collapsed Topics'.
• The course appears correctly when Screen Reader is turned OFF in the user's profile.

We are using a work-around, but I thought I should report this as an accessibility issue.
