OUBlog uses 'summary' field instead of 'intro' field

      The OU Blog uses the old-style 'summary' field, instead of the Moodle 2.x standard 'intro' field to contain the introduction text to display for the plugin.

      I'll attach a patch, in a moment, that allows the use of the 'intro' field instead and migrates all existing data.
