Teacher has four pieces of work to mark, they go to the course with the ajax marking block and the block continuously refreshing and no data is returned.
The teacher is only enrolled on 15 courses and there is only work to be marked on one course and that is of one student.

to recreate the problem
create one course
create one teacher
create one student
enrol them on that one course
create 3 assignments (old assignment module not new)
get student to submit work on all three and send for marking
login as teacher to the course where the marking block is and get the refresh button continuously turning.
So far I have left it and it has taken 13 minutes and still no reasult.
