Using "" does not work in text fields. They are displayed as as " in the views, also when I edit an entry again, the quotes are replaced with "
I suppose that is a UTF 8 encoding problem.

Reproduce:
1) Create text field in fields
2) Add this text "My quotes" are not displayed
3) Save
4) Look at a view
5) Reedit the entry.
