Description as sent by client:

When an OU blog is set to "separate individual blog" mode students are able
to see their post and that comments have been added to the post but if they
try to access the comment they get the error: "Sorry: you do not have
access to view this page." The students should be able to view the comments on their own
posts.

If the permission "View individual blogs" (mod/oublog:viewindividual) permission is set to Allow
then students can view the comments however they can also view other students blogs which is
not the intended outcome.
