Moodle 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7 compatability issue - add resource/activity button

      The block installs fine on Moodle 2.3.1. When I click on the plus button to add a resource/activity and nothing happens. This used to be a dropdown box. A workaround is to choose ACTIVITY CHOOSER OFF so the dropdown boxes return.
