Grader report header in Rocket theme remains white

      The header when the Rocket theme is enabled is whited-out when viewing the grader report. All other grade administration pages are unaffected. The style, .path-grade-report-grader table

      {background-color:#fff;}

      found in grade/report/grader/styles.css, is not defined in the Rocket theme, which when defined fixes the issue.
