In the Rocket theme, the user profile page offsets to the left cutting off a user's profile picture and name. This page is the ONLY two-column layout displaying blocks on the right in Rocket. A simple solution would be to bring consistency to theme by simply placing the blocks displayed on the right on the left side like the other two column layout pages (e.g., the front page).
