Currently, when a comment is written, the user who wrote the original report entry gets an email saying "A comment has been made about your {$report->name} report.

This isn't as useful as it could be, since it doesn't say which report was commented on, or what the comment said. It would be good if this information, or at least a link to it, could be included in the message.
