Currently, viewing a user's ILP displays the Entries tab if it's available, or nothing if it isn't. This is also what they after submitting an entry or comment.
It would be ideal to enable the default tab to be configured in the block's settings, so that the institution can decide what should be displayed on arrival at the ILP page.
