After I successfully upgraded to Moodle 2.2.2+ (Build: 20120329) from the previous week's 2.2.2+ build, my installed and until now fully functional OU Wiki module (version 2011112900) stopped saving page changes. All other OU Wiki functionality still worked except for saving changes. I tried completely uninstalling OU Wiki module (version 2011112900) and then installing the latest OU Wiki module (version 2012030700), but I'm still getting exactly the same database write error when saving page changes. A major mid-semester bummer.

I'm running Moodle 2.2.2+ on a VPS with Linux CentOS and MySQL. To reproduce this error with this setup:

(1) Install OU Wiki module.
(2) Create OU Wiki instance.
(3) Add some content in edit mode and then save page.
