Using moodle 2.2.2+ and a pass/fail grading scale.

1. Some students have completed their journal assignment, but not all.
2. The teacher goes to the journal > "view # journal entries" and updates the grades for the completed journal entries (say 2 out of 10 were complete).
3. The other 8 of 10 entries are left as "No grade..." with no feedback.
4. The teacher clicks "save all my feedback"
5. The message says "Feedback updated for 10 entries", all students are emailed, even though 8 of them have no grade and no feedback.
