      This feature is a long-standing wish in the Questionnaire mod. It has been introduced in Feedback.
      I have a working solution for a - simplified - skip and branching feature for Moodle 1.9 and am working to porting it to Moodle 2. My solution does NOT involve any change in the Questionnaire database, so can be used instantly.
