This block will either display:

• last featured course (pick the language of the site doing the web service request, if not enough result, then return the last featured)
• best search terms tag cloud
• best subjects tag cloud
• most download course in the site language, if not enough result, also display the most downloaded

The block settings are:

• number of displayed result
• type of displayed result: featured, search tag, subject tag, most downloaded
• TTL

Block features:

• cache (JSON file following the ttl)
• can display many blocks on a page
• can edit title
