[PATCH] Support for Face-to-face linked activities

      Here's a patch which adds support for Face-to-face linked activities in the certificate module.

      It is against the 1.8 version of the module, but it also applies fine (offsets only) to the 1.9 version and HEAD.

        		 The patch doesn't appear to be working on 1.9.10 or 1.9.9+. Any help on updating the patch would be appreciated. Sub-task Closed Mark Nelson
