After installing Grid Format I can no longer delete courses.

      When trying to delete a course after installing Grid Format I am no longer able to delete courses.

      The debug error received is:

      Fatal error: Cannot redeclare callback_topics_uses_sections() (previously declared in D: \moodle\course\format\grid\lib.php:33) in D:\moodle\course\format\topics\lib.php on line 34 .
