The Open All and Close All options at the top of a course with the collapsed weeks format don't display the correct arrow images. The Open All link contains the arrow_down.png image which is the one that displays with closed sections. The Close All link contains the arrow_up.png image which displays with open sections. I've attached a screenshot from our installation. Note how the sections are open, but the arrow next to the Open all link doesn't match the arrow by the open sections.
