Site is using a Master Course and restoring it to make new courses. When we retore the course as the new course all the links in an HTML block change to the links that are contained in the new course EXCEPT the links to the OU Blog activity. That link still links back to the initial master course.

Steps:
In a course Create the following:
OU Blog Activity
Regular Moodle Activity (example upload of file)
Copy the links for those activities
Add a HTML Block to Course
Make those copied links hyperlinks in the HTML Block
Save
Backup Course
Restore as New Course

Look in HTML Block
The Moodle upload file Activity link changes to fit the new course
The OU Blog link references the previous activity in the original course and did not change

Expected Outcome: All links dynamically change
