ajax marking doesn't work with moodle 2.1.2+

      ajax marking doesn't work with moodle 2.1.2+ I don't seem to get assignments to configure. I have tried the latest release of ajax marking 2.1.1 released on Tuesday Oct. 25th. The block itself doesn't show up unless I have editing turned on. I have the debugging turned up to max.
