This was always rather inefficient and with changes for the 2.0 rewrite, it got left out until everything else was done.

It needs
A new DB structure (done)
New SQL to read the settings (Done)
New Config tree to allow all items to be viewed even if nothing is there to mark (Done)
New way of setting config stuff by right-click on a conextual menu
