Registration fails because server cannot access external website using CURL package

      If registration fails, then the most likely cause is that Curl has failed because it cannot access external websites. You need to fix the network topology so that Curl works.

      Code uses the PHP Curl library to send registration data to www.moodle2word.net, and Word files to www.yawconline.com. Using Curl requires that the Moodle server can access HTTP OK. However, with some installations (e.g. behind firewalls, certain network topologies), HTTP reverse proxying may not be set up properly, and so CURL does not work, breaking everything.
