I ran into this error message (http://i55.tinypic.com/2vs50g2.png) when looking at the reports log for a student who said they had taken a quiz. I was able to track down that the instructor had deleted the attempt. However, it was not easy to do so because the details in the reports log, specifically the Information column of the student's activity on the quiz, did not match what appears in the teacher's report logs.

I then replicated the problem, as follows.

I selected the link that said Quiz Continue Attempt (I know its different action than Quiz Close Attempt link but they lead to same place so that is not a factor) to get that pop up.

I then instead of selecting, scrolled over the Quiz Continue Attempt link to see the URL it would take me too. You can see it here in the bottom right corner (http://i56.tinypic.com/r042ls.png). You'll notice that the quiz attempt ID (395257) is not the same as the number put in the Information column (25212).

However, in the teacher's report (http://i53.tinypic.com/11mgwvk.png) who deleted the quiz attempt, you can see that the quiz attempt ID is displayed correctly in the Information column.

As an improvement, it would be better if the student's quiz attempt was displayed in the Information column of the report's log as it is in the teacher's reports log who deleted the attempt.

On a related topic, what is that number (25212) inserted in the Information column in the student's report log referencing since it is not the quiz attempt?
