JavaScript error dialog sometimes appears when previewing a question within Word and using a Windows webserver

      The Preview facility within Word uploads a Word file and inserts the current question into a temporary question in the database, then redirects to the Preview question page (e.g. http://localhost/moodle/question/preview.php?id=1&courseid=2). This page includes JavaScript to check the Flash version (/lib/swfobject/swfobject.js). For some reason this script causes the in-dialog browser component to display an error message ("Error: 'swfobject' is undefined", URL: about:blank).

      However, the question preview is displayed OK after clearing the error.
