If WordTable is installed into the same Moodle site multiple times, then the default value inserted into the URL field is the same each time. The URL field is used as the login name on the remote conversion server to which Word files are sent for conversion into Moodle XML. If the same URL is used, then the 2nd and subsequent registrations will not succeed, because the login name is already used. Unfortunately, no error message is reported if this situation occurs.

This means that attempts to import Word files will fail, unless the Administrator remembered to enter the exact same password each time too.
