When faculty receives emails from students using the Email List (3rd party), the email does not always open for the faculty but will take them back to the beginning of their course or keep putting the email inbox over to the left of the screen. Faculty are getting frustrated that the email will not always work for them.
Is there something we should be doing to ensure that all emails open and are read by the faculty member? It does not do it all the time, but does it enough that faculty are complaining.
are there bugs in the email_list?
