I have installed the Custom SQL Report functionality, and have managed to write several SQL reports.

My reports are returning data; but the data is not a up-to-date representation of the database.

For example, I have a report that lists the Institute and Department for every user. I manually added an Institute against each user using the Users > Accounts > Browse List of Users screen; however these changes are not represented in the SQL report.

I have run the CRON job at 'http://mtgidget/moodle/admin/cron.php', but this has not updated the data. I tried to access the CRON file at \\Mtgidget\mtmoodle\admin\report\customsql; but this just returned a blank screen.

I would be grateful for any help you can give me here.
