Short summary: GBPv2 does not display dropdown menu when using scales as in assignment or quiz.

Details: For the GBPv2 "Edit Grade" tab, assignment fields in the Gradebook should have consistent input fields as in the Assignment module. If there is a drop down menu when grading with the Assignment module, there should be a drop down menu for selection in the gradebook. This is what would appear if an assignment would be graded with scales. See attached screenshot
