Manual addition of files and URLs works fine, as does preload of 'physical' resources (ie files) into repository data directory. When append list of URL resources using the CSV (to include descriptions & keywords) they loaded without problem and can be searched and added as links in courses, but when try to launch the resource it prompts an error "file does not exist".
