When grading is done by teams, only the team manager can submit files. Would it be possible to allow the other members of the team to submit files, and let the team manager approve them? That would solve the issue of finding a way to submit a project when each member of a team is working on a different file.

Also, could there be a way to change who is the team manager without deleting and then re-adding the members?
